The Concessions Stand Lead is responsible for overseeing a Concession Stand with multiple employees, cashiers, cooks, counters, bartenders and bar backs.

To assist guests of facilities with directions, information, and guidance in a friendly, helpful and efficient manner, while fulfilling the specific event requirements as determined by the Parking Managers and/or Director of Security. This position will be responsible for Morning shifts between 6am up to 5pm weekly and open weekends.

The Concessions Stand Lead is responsible for overseeing a Concession Stand with multiple employees, cashiers, cooks, counters, bartenders and bar backs. 

This is a hands-on position, providing the highest degree of professional catering service to guests with the goal of achieving customer satisfaction and retention. 

To assist guests of facilities with directions, information and guidance in a friendly, helpful and efficient manner, while fulfilling the specific event requirements and determined by the Parking Manager and the Director Security.

Under direction, set up and take down meeting rooms, ballrooms, and exhibit halls.

Under the direction of the Facilities Manager, an Ice Technician is responsible for maintaining proper ice conditions according to facility standards including ongoing maintenance of the ice resurfaces and ice making equipment at Toyota Arena 

The Concessions Cashier and Stand Attendant is responsible for providing exceptional food & beverage event day service to Arena guests, while exhibiting a warm, friendly and professional demeanor to build relationships that will enhance the guest experience.
