Under the direction of the Facilities Manager, an Ice Technician is responsible for maintaining proper ice conditions according to facility standards including ongoing maintenance of the ice resurfaces and ice making equipment at Toyota Arena Under direction, set up and take down meeting rooms, ballrooms, and exhibit halls. To assist guests of facilities with directions, information and guidance in a friendly, helpful and efficient manner, while fulfilling the specific event requirements and determined by the Parking Manager and the Director Security. This is a hands-on position, providing the highest degree of professional catering service to guests with the goal of achieving customer satisfaction and retention. The Concessions Stand Lead is responsible for overseeing a Concession Stand with multiple employees, cashiers, cooks, counters, bartenders and bar backs. The Kitchen Cook is responsible for the preparation of food in a timely, efficient, sanitary, and consistent manner. The Kitchen Cook must be prepared to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure work environment, while maintaining the organizational ability to identify and act on job duties quickly and effectively. The Kitchen Cook must be prepared to work as a team member in a dynamic workplace, follow all safety procedures, and have a high threshold for heat and stress in a kitchen environment. The Concessions Cook is responsible for preparing and serving hot and/or cold food items, in accordance with Company Standards and applicable Operational Standards. Also supervise, direct, plan, schedule and monitor all special projects related to facility computing, digital signage, scoreboard, ribbon board, cellular and phone systems. The IT Manager At the direction of the Director of Event Services, performs clerical duties and coordinates functions with various departments, exhibitors, and show management. Ontario Convention Center Guest Services Attendant: Reporting to the Guest Services Manager, Guest Services Attendants are responsible for providing excellent guest service at ASM Ontario events. Employees should be a self-starter that is able to operate under minimal supervision to accomplish work tasks such as: assist patrons at sports and entertainment events by performing duties, such as greeting guests, collecting admission tickets and passes from patrons, assisting in finding seats, searching for lost Responsible for Supervising Security Officers and overseeing the safety and security of the arena patrons, employees, assets.
