The Concessions Cashier and Stand Attendant is responsible for providing exceptional food & beverage event day service to Arena guests, while exhibiting a warm, friendly and professional demeanor to build relationships that will enhance the guest experience. This is a hands-on position, providing the highest degree of professional catering service to guests with the goal of achieving customer satisfaction and retention. The Kitchen Cook is responsible for the preparation of food in a timely, efficient, sanitary, and consistent manner. The Kitchen Cook must be prepared to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure work environment, while maintaining the organizational ability to identify and act on job duties quickly and effectively. The Kitchen Cook must be prepared to work as a team member in a dynamic workplace, follow all safety procedures, and have a high threshold for heat and stress in a kitchen environment. The Concessions Cook is responsible for preparing and serving hot and/or cold food items, in accordance with Company Standards and applicable Operational Standards. ASM Ontario Convention Center, the leader is privately managed public assembly facilities, has an excellent and immediate opening for a Dishwasher position at ASM/Ontario Convention Center. Responsible for Maintaining kitchen work areas, equipment and utensils in clean and orderly condition. The Concessions Stand Lead is responsible for overseeing a Concession Stand with multiple employees, cashiers, cooks, counters, bartenders and bar backs.
