Customer Support Supervisor is responsible for supervising and completing service-related activities for customers, as well as train and support the Customer Support Representatives. The role includes responding to a variety of inquiries at DH Casters office in person, through email, over the phone or over web-based meeting. Throughout the day the role includes supervising and consistent participation in order processing, talking to customers about unpaid invoices, and handling customer complaints and questions in a prompt, courteous, friendly and effective manner focused primarily on customer growth and retention. Additional responsibilities include special projects and other duties as directed by the General Manager. On Site, Full Time, Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
