Key Results Area – Director of First Impressions
       Office Hours: 7:55-5:00
PHONE/CUSTOMER SERVICE
  • Arrive at 7:55 a.m., Monday through Friday, to turn phones on and test by 8:00 a.m.
  • Answer all incoming calls within 2 rings (quick on/off with callers)
  • Greet all Clients/Guest/Vendors
  • Offer complimentary café items (water, tea, coffee, etc.) to visitors and notify Trinity employee(s) that a visitor is here to see them.
  • Distribute phone messages through PhonePad software
  • Call clients in the QA queue of ConnectWise and verify satisfaction and completion
COMPUTER
  • Route incoming tickets through email submission in ConnectWise
  • Perform dispatch functions in ConnectWise scheduling technicians and service calls as needed
  • Add, edit, update, and organize business cards utilizing ScanBizCard
  • Create schedule for receptionist desk lunch coverage Outlook Calendar
GENERAL DUTIES
  • Keep reception area clean, organized and tidy
  • Ensure outgoing mail is given to postman, or post office, as needed
  • Perform tasks as assigned by others
  • Ensure copier paper trays are filled
  • Gatekeeper for all employees, as appropriate
