Responsible for Maintaining kitchen work areas, equipment and utensils in clean and orderly condition. Responsible for overseeing the safety and security of Toyota-Arena and Ontario Convention Centers (OCC) patrons, employees, and assets. Under the direction of the Housekeeping Manager, responsible for the day-to-day maintenance and cleanliness of the Toyota Arena.
