City Facilities will be closed in observance of Memorial Day. City Facilities that will be closed include City Hall, City Hall Annex, Main and Branch Libraries, Recreation & Community Services building facilities, Utility & Customer Service Center, Municipal Utilities Company, Housing, Community Improvement, Museum of History & Art, and the lobby entrances for Police and Fire.
